Sheri had no family history of BC. At a yearly checkup in Feb of 2019, they found a small lump. It was caught early so she had no chemo or radiation. She did have surgery to remove it with a left mastectomy in April 2019. She feels blessed to be here and wants people to make sure and keep their yearly checkups and mammograms. She feels like these things helped her cancer to be caught in a very early stage and possibly saved her life.
